Volunteers will be given official email addresses as needed and access to the BOT intranet. It is understood that all information relating to BOT is proprietary information and cannot be shared or disclosed with anyone outside of the organization.

Duties: Volunteers will have a 1 week grace period where they are able to decide under which committee they would like to volunteer under. Each volunteer is required to identify a committee within one week after receiving a response from the volunteer form submission. Feel free to reach out to the organization for further details regarding each of the available committees. Details regarding specific committee duties can be found in the descriptions for those committees.

Current available committees include:

All volunteers will have monthly or bi- monthly meetings with their assigned Committee Advisor to discuss updates on individual projects, and yearly requirements. It is during this call you can ask any questions, discuss concerns, bounce around ideas, but most importantly discuss any concerns about being stressed over the project or yearly requirements. Committee Advisors will be your resource for any and all problems. There will be an update document that will need to be filled out prior to the meetings.

Reporting Structure: Each volunteer will report to an assigned Committee Advisor.

Requirements: All volunteers, no matter the committee they are working under, are required to complete 2 recruiting events and 1 fundraising event unless otherwise previously agreed upon.
