The Corvallis Public Library is looking for helpers for Events!
The Corvallis-Benton County Public Library is an inspiring and vital part of the lives of people of all ages and backgrounds in our communities. We hold events for children, teens, and adults, during the day, in the evenings and on weekends and it takes a village to keep this village hoppin'!
These programs and services we provide are delightful and fun! We have a Summer Reading Program that includes a Teddy Bear Picnic, a Fun Run, a Nerf Night for Tweens, a book swap, book clubs, a field day and movie days. Throughout the year, we hold preschool science events, family music events, after school lego, maker, coding, and minecraft events, a spelling bee for adults, a winter guitar concert series, and more!
If you love Corvallis, want to meet fantastic people, have a blast, and don't mind setting up and taking down tables, chairs, and activities for events, then this is the stint for you! Please come share your enthusiasm and energy with your community!
All you need to do is pick up an application at the library, or download it from The Corvallis Benton County Public Library Website, fill it out, and the volunteer coordinator will contact you.
Thank you in advance for helping to Excite, Enrich, and Engage your Corvallis Community!
