As a Military member yourself, you know that the fraternity of service is both unmatched and sacred. Grace Hospice invites you to share your love of country with a Veteran Hospice Patient through our Veteran-To-Veteran Volunteer program. Our goal is to match up Veteran Volunteers with our Veteran Hospice Patients.
Our Volunteers, of all backgrounds and life experiences, are an important piece of the puzzle within our team.

Description
Harmony Cares Hospice formerly Grace Hospice is seeking compassionate individuals who are willing to provide emotional support and companionship to our patients and their families experiencing Hospice. Volunteers are a vital part of the interdisciplinary team and truly are the heart of our organization. In addition to placing friendly visits, volunteers can also assist with bereavement support, caregiver relief (respite), running of errands, special event planning, veteran to veteran outreach, pet, reiki, music and massage therapies, office support - and more!
