Habitat ReStore Donation Assistant Volunteer

The Habitat ReStore is in need of volunteers who are able to commit to 1 day a week (2 to 6 hours) to assist with ReStore Donations and Purchasing support. Volunteers will greet and assist donors with unloading donations as they come in. Volunteers will also assist with preparing donations, organizing new merchandise, stocking shelves, loading purchases into customers' vehicles, and maintaining the level of cleanliness that the ReStore customers expect. When donations are slow, volunteers often assist with cleaning and organizing the sales floor. This position may involve some heavy lifting. This is a great position for "hands on" volunteers.
