Customer Service Representative: Bellevue

Would you like meeting new people and helping them shop? The money raised at this store goes towards our programs to build homes for local low income families. Like any store, we need great customer service people to greet people, direct them to items they might like, and find ways to display items. If we have volunteers do these things, it saves us money that we would have to use to pay for more staff. This savings will go towards building even more homes in our community!

If you are friendly, like helping people, and enjoy retail, you can come and help us as a store volunteer. There are half day and whole day shifts available Tuesdays thru Saturdays. We are especially in need of regular help on Fridays and Saturdays.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers as they arrive
• Answer questions about Habitat for Humanity
• Help customers find great deals
• Help set up displays
• Help keep the store and shelves tidy, clean, and organized

Training and Benefits: We will teach you all about how our stores and programs work, so you can answer questions with confidence. This is a fun and active volunteer opportunity, where you can learn a great deal about home improvement projects. You’ll get a free Habitat T-shirt and a special discount coupon to the store. We have free parking at the store too.
