Support middle school girls learning about science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) in a fun, empowering, gender responsive environment! Responsibilities:

  • Attend camps to provide support for program facilitator in implementation of program curriculum
  • Provide mentorship to all GWOL! participants and help them build skills, motivation and confidence.
  • Support girls through one-to-one and group relationship; serve as positive role model and friend
  • Promote safety and respect amongst all participants
Qualifications:
  • Ability to communicate with youth openly, respectfully and without judgment and establish relationships based on shared responsibility
  • Sensitivity to persons of different educational, economic, cultural and racial backgrounds
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
