Like to sing? Enjoy singing songs of various styles and from various decades? Want to make patients and nursing home residents smile?
Join the Pathways Voices group!
We will be visiting our patients and the nursing homes that they live in the greater Cleveland area once a month to brighten their day and bring cheer. We'll also rehearse once a month and choose music. If you would like to add your voice to the group and sing along or contribute any other musical sounds, please contact our Volunteer Coordinator/Music Therapist, Jessica at 440-835-2220 or email jjanaitis@pathwayshospice.co. Must be able to drive to various locations.

Mission Statement
Pathways Hospice's mission is to provide an individualized program of physical, emotional, spiritual and practical care for people in the last phases of a life-limiting illness, with an emphasis on control of pain and other symptoms. Our program is reflective of a spirit and idea of caring that emphasizes comfort and dignity for the dying, making it possible for them to remain independent for as long as possible, and in familiar surroundings. Pathways Hospice care is centered on both the patient and family/caregiver. Our hospice personnel respect and respond to the unique differences in family/caregiver, lifestyle, values and wishes.
Description
Pathways Hospice is not a place, but rather a caring and compassionate health service. We offer a team of dedicated professionals who provide holistic care under the guidance of the patient, the patient's loved ones and his or her physician. If you would like to volunteer your time and talents to our patients and families during end of life care, please contact us!
