Do you love reading? Are you interested in helping elementary school students get excited about books? Volunteer with BookSpring to read aloud to students and help them with a reading motivation activity. These opportunities occur in a variety of elementary school libraries at various times throughout the school day. Volunteer shifts range from 1-2 hours and involve helping elementary librarians with reading aloud a story to children, engaging the children in a book-themed motivational activity, and helping the children select a new "forever" book.
We have campuses all across Austin, and you're sure to find one near you!
