Silverado Hospice South Houston is looking for volunteers to make check-in phone calls to patients and their caregivers for bereavement support, visit needs, additional supportive needs, or just friendly check-in supportive phone calls.
Training for this unique and special opportunity is provided.
Volunteers can set their own times during our regular business hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. We are flexible. You can come one time a week, or as much as you would like.
Our goal is for you to have a wonderful experience volunteering and know that you are making a difference in people's lives.

Our agency helps individuals and their families cope with a terminal diagnosis and end of life decisions. We provide RN's, LVN's, CNA's, Social workers, and Chaplain's, as well as volunteer services to help our patients and their families
