Alpha Foundation would like to enhance our feeding program by growing our own organic food. We have lot that is located next to our school, and we began a garden a few years back with the help of a Americorp worker. Since his departure from our program our garden has suffered much deteration.
Therefore, we are seeking a local Master Gardner that can commit the time to help create a Food Forrest, and be willing to work with our youth to accomplish this goal. This will be an on going initiative that will begin this summer.
