Are you detail-oriented and comfortable with technology? Consider doing some data research and entry to help us better support our Connections and Healthy Families programs. Just plug in some headphones and help us update our records.

Data volunteers will be asked to research and update donor data to ensure accuracy and consistency within our fundraising database. This task will require learning how to navigate our fundraising database and a good set of internet research skills. The work can be done on your own time from home or in our office.

Description

Family Futures, recently known as the Child and Family Resource Council, focuses on programs and services that promote development, health, and safety for children and their families. Utilizing primary stategies of education, coordination and advocacy, Family Futures uses a variety of ways to accomplish its mission. Some of these include: Healthy Start & Connections Programs, RAVE (Resources Against Violent Encounters), and Community Education including the following: Shaken Baby Syndrome Prevention, Mandated Reporter Training and the Family Resource Guide.

  • Flexible, but 1-3 hours a week preferred. We would like volunteers to commit 4-6 months but not required.
  • If completed from home, must have a working computer with stable internet connection. It has to be a personal computer, not a work-owned computer.
