About SUNSET FELINES

Location:

105 Peaceful Ln., WEST COLUMBIA, SC 29170, US

Mission Statement

Dedicated to improving the lives of homeless cats within our community while educating the public about the effectiveness of Trap-Neuter-Release.

Description

Sunset Felines is a small local charity established in 2001 to help improve the lives of homeless and abandoned cats in our community. Our emphasis is on educating the public about the importance of spaying/neutering and TNR.

Please understand that we are NOT a shelter and we do NOT have a facility. We depend solely on the help of kind hearted strangers and volunteers to carry out our goal to educate the public about spaying/neutering and the practice of TNR (trap neuter release) as a humane method of controlling the cat population in our community.

We are dependent on donations, and we are always looking for feeding volunteers and foster/forever homes for our adoptable cats. Foster volunteers are critical, as we have no physical shelter location, and only one foster home with 30+ cats.
