Description
YOUTH UNITED Academic and Enrichment Center is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit, public charity corporation. The target population for this center is At-Risk and Exceptional Youth who need a safe, educational environment during after-school hours. The After-School Program operates Monday - Friday, 3pm - 7pm for children ages 5 -13 and Saturdays for tutoring (K - 12th grade), teen empowerment, and other scheduled classes and programs.
YOUTH UNITED takes the stand to partnership with parents assisting youth and young adults with opportunities to grow and develop social awareness and leadership skills. 2. Vocational, Technical, Life-Skills Mentoring and Training (computer instruction, career guidance, job and career planning, business and social ethics, conflict resolution)
3. Social & Recreational Activities (arts and crafts, guidance-related games, local cultural and sporting events, karate, dance, other sports)
