Soup kitchen's Sunday Community Meal for those in need is looking for servers to prepare plates of food and serve them to the guests from the serving cart.
Every Sunday a nourishing, hot meal is served to the anyone in need.
Servers will be filling plates and putting them on the serving cart, bring plates to guests at their table, getting second servings after everyone has a first. Servers will help prepare 50 to-go plates for Monday's delivery to Common Grounds for the homeless. They will also need to assist in clean up, wipe down tables and counters.
Servers are needed every Sunday between 12:00 - 3:00pm.
Located in the dining hall of First Baptist Church, Haverhill.
Serv-Safe and Anti-choke knowledge are helpful, but not required.
All servers will wear masks and gloves and must adhere to ServSafe requirements.

(OHM) seeks to have an impact on the needs of the vulnerable population in our service area by providing healthy meals, a dry goods Sharing Table, toiletry kit distribution, meals for Shut-ins, emergency food, volunteer opportunities regardless of cognitive ability and a safe environment in which to socialize.
Open Hearts Ministries, Inc. is a non-profit organization Soup Kitchen that provides 225 meals per week.
