Volunteers are needed to help with preparing for the annual Irish Soda Bread Contest as well as setting up decorations and registration on the day of the event. The contest venue is T.S.McHugh's on Mercer St. Duties include planning decorations, setting up decorations, preparing tags and registration forms, and onsite registration, selling buttons, crowd control, and assisting with tagging contestants and tabulating results. Hours are Saturday, March 7th, 2020, from 11am - 4pm. Bakers will compete in White, Brown, and Glorified Soda Bread categories, in a pub. How Irish is that?

IRISH HERITAGE CLUB OF SEATTLE The Irish Heritage Club is a non-profit, non-political, non-religious organization that organizes and promotes activities of an Irish cultural nature in the Seattle area, the State of Washington, USA. These activities include performances of Irish music, Irish dancing, Irish language, Irish history, Gaelic games, and cultural exchanges with our Sister City of Galway, Ireland. We also sponsor concerts, plays, lectures, movies, as well as parties and other social events.
