About

LINKS works with community members to understand what health benefits they are eligible for. The LINKS program offers benefit counseling to community members as well as benefit application assistance for Medicare, Medicaid, Long-Term Care and Home and Community-Based Services, SNAP, Low-Income Energy Assistance Program (LiHEAP), and prescription assistance. LINKS is also a designated State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP) site and works with older adult and disabled populations with Medicare enrollment, questions about health insurance, and one-on-one counseling for Medicare Part D.
