The Secret Shopper Program includes volunteers visiting local Goodwill Retail Stores and filling out a short survey about their experience. These surveys are then used to train retail store staff in any areas they were unsuccessful in. The purpose of this innitiative is to ensure good customer service is provided and that our customers have the shopping experience they desire.

Goodwill Industries of Southern Arizona is dedicated to the ideal of strengthening our families and community through the Power of Work! Our nonprofit organization is about providing opportunity to youth and adults that may not find it elsewhere. Through our Workforce Development Programs, we provide skill development and support services through 6 youth programs and 5 adult programs. Goodwill(r) is also a major employer in Tucson - our programs and services, donation centers and thrift stores employ over 500 individuals. Our vision is that all people have the opportunity to reach their potential and contribute to our community.
