If you are a fun, caring and outgoing person who loves interacting with seniors then volunteering as a Friendly Visitor will be a great fit for you. We welcome volunteers to visit our seniors who benefit from individual attention.
Come to the Weils for You will play a significant role in ensuring seniors at The Weils will continue to improve through stimulation and friendship. Responsibilities include:
- Providing a 30 minute one on one visit
- work together with crossword puzzles, arats and crafts, books, music, etc. to determine activity for one on one visits.
- Adhere to the Volunteer Handbook.

Description
The Weils, an assisted living facility and rehab therapy pavilion is continually seeking adult volunteers and junior volunteers ages 12 and up to help with various aspects of resident life and staff support. Volunteer opportunities are available any day of the week in the mornings, afternoons, or some evenings. Individuals choose their own schedule of volunteer activities and times, and determine the frequency of their volunteering. Completion of a short orientation session is required for all volunteers seeking placement at The Weils.
