Lead volunteers oversee the nightly volunteer guides. A successful lead volunteer is aware and attentive to volunteer’s needs. In addition, they create conversations and make a real connection with guests. This is a mobile position that requires the ability to drive a golf cart, walk the exhibit and maintain professionalism at all times. LanternAsia requires being outdoors, standing for most of the shift and using excellent customer service skills. Lead volunteers will relieve exhibit guides for breaks and act as the liaison between staff and volunteers. Training provided.
