Help enhance the library’s services to English language learners by facilitating an English Conversation Club at one or more branch libraries. The goal of the ESL Conversation Club program is to create an opportunity for participants to practice English conversation skills in a welcoming and respectful environment.

We are looking for an ESL Conversation Club facilitator to facilitate our Saturday ESL Conversation Club that meets on Saturdays from 10:00 am until 11:00 am.

Description

Public libraries in California seek to engage the talents, skills and commitment of volunteers to serve the communities' information and literacy needs. Libraries offer a variety of skilled volunteer opportunities to make a meaningful contribution to library programs, operations, fundraising events and other community engagement functions. Skilled volunteers have opportunities to lead projects, work with teams of staff and volunteers, learn new skills, and have fun.
