Mission Statement
Coming Home Hospice is a residential hospice program providing care and support for clients and their families facing terminal illness. When care at home is no longer an option, Coming Home Hospice can provide a safe, loving and warm place to reside during the final period of life. Caregivers provide 24-hour nursing and personal care in a home-like atmosphere giving families the freedom from worry about care and safety issues so they can focus on their loved one.

Volunteers provide assistance and companionship to clients at Coming Home Hospice. California Pacific Medical Center's Department of Volunteer Services is part of the California Pacific Medical Center Foundation, which is dedicated to developing resources that support the Medical Center in providing access to the best health care available.
