Our volunteers are the lifeblood of our pantry!
We have a variety of volunteer roles that need coverage for our daily AM & PM programs. New volunteers can choose to help coordinate arrivals as a Runner, assist shoppers inside as a Grocery Packer, organize & stock shelves as an Inventory Assistant, or help out in front as a Check-In Desk Volunteer.
New volunteers must first go through an initial pantry orientation and training to get acquainted with our pantry’s processes, procedures and operations. After training, volunteers can sign up for a range of shifts in various roles during one of our pantry’s programs which run every Mon. - Fri., 8:30 AM - 11:15 AM and 11:30 AM - 2:15 PM, and Thurs. evening from 4:15 PM - 6:45 PM.

Mission Statement
Our Mission is to provide healthy supplemental food to Boulder families and individuals in need of food assistance within a safe, welcoming and non-judgmental environment.
Description
Harvest of Hope Pantry is a Boulder-based non-profit providing food assistance in a grocery-store like environment.
Harvest of Hope Pantry helps relieve the stress of food insecurity and offer a sense of hope for individuals and families in Boulder. We feel we can best do this by providing an outlet for food items to those in need in a non-judgmental, safe and caring environment. Our client-choice model allows people to select their food in pantry setting. Donated food items in our community simply need a more effective way to reach those in need. We focus on the re-distribution of food and donated personal hygiene items.
