Volunteers interested in doing phone surveys would ideally have experience in phone service, but not required. Candidates must have at least a high school diploma or GED, and should have good knowledge/usage of the English language. Bilingual candidates welcome!
Responsibilities include: Calling clients who have received recent services through Senior Neighbors and inquiring as to whether or not they are satisfied with our services. Surveys may have up to 12 questions and will generally take about 5 minutes for each survey.
Volunteers have the option conduct surveys from their home or at Senior Neighbors, Inc./RSVP Central Office.
Note: Must be 55+ and this is not a telemarketing position .
