Becoming a Visitation Supervisor Volunteer
Want to have more meaning in your life? Do you want to do something that is satisfying and of great service to your community? Want to keep the bond between parent and child possible? Want to put something that draws attention on your resume and LinkedIn Profile? Become a Volunteer Visitation Supervisor.
Volunteers are needed to supervise visits at our West Toledo location. Becoming a Visitation Supervisor Volunteer is similar to helping a family member who, because of circumstances, cannot see their children. This could happen to almost anyone you know.
The only qualification required is your desire to help keep the parent-child bond strong. You don't need any special skills; you don't even need a college degree; you don't even need to know what to say or do. All you need to do is sign up for as a volunteer. Training begins right away and can be done in 4 visitation sessions.
We currently have 20 families waiting for someone like you so they can see each other, especially Friday evenings. For more information, please call Erin O'Bryan, Children's Rights Collaborative Director at 419-473-8955.
