As our refugee clients are rebuilding their lives, volunteers are needed to assist in job class and help them achieve self-sufficiency Job Class is T/R from 2-4pm. Since job class is ongoing we ask that volunteers commit to assisting in job class for at least three months. In job class clients are helped to identify any skill sets they may have used in their home country, build resumes, and learn English vocabulary specific to the job environment. Volunteers will assist in discussion,mock interviews and be able to help clients become self sufficient.

The CWS Immigration and Refugee Program helps welcome newly arrived refugees who have been forced to flee their home countries and have been offered the opportunity to start a new life of peace and dignity here in the US. CWS provides the support necessary for refugees to become self-sufficient in their new homes.
