This is a great opportunity for a responsible, enthusiastic individual to meet and greet residents in the wonderful rural Town of Southwest Ranches.
A Customer Service Opportunity to provide a welcoming experience to our residents who visit Town Hall seeking various services.
The responsibilities includes: answering the phone, responding to questions or connecting resident to the appropriate Town Employee or Department. Other duties will include light administrative tasks such as ordering office supplies, process and track invoices for payment, stuffing envelopes, filing, etc.Other opportunities can include assisting with Town Events such as: Craft Fairs, Fun Horse Show, Chili Cook-Offs, Car Shows and the Town Wide Garage Sales.
No additional volunteer opportunities at this time.
