Bring some joy and compassion to a member of your community! Hospice Compassus is seeking patient support volunteers to provide companionship and emotional support to terminally ill patients and/or their families. Ways to help include: friendly visits, writing letters, reading, playing music, reminiscing, running errands, etc. Volunteers may also provide bereavement support to families.
Please see our other specialty volunteer needs including pet therapy or music therapy. Volunteer in your own community on a schedule that fits your availability. While many of our patients are located throughout Bucks, Montgomery and Philadelphia counties, we have lacked volunteers for our patients in the Pottstown area.
