Become a Sidewalker!Sidewalkers walk beside the rider as they ride to assist with balance and to reinforce the instructor’s directions.
- Ø Horse experience is not required.
- Ø Must be able to walk for 30-40 minutes and be able to jog briefly in sand.
- Ø Must be able to commit to a weekly 1 ½ hour class.
- Ø Must be at least 14 years old.
To Sign Up:
- Go to www.gracelakeministries.org and click on Volunteer Forms. Download and print the volunteer forms. Complete and mail them to Grace Lake, 9611 FM 1827, Anna, TX 75409 or email them to admin@gracelakeministries.org. New volunteers must have their paperwork completed and turned in prior to training.
- RSVP to admin@gracelakeministries.org. Space is limited.
- Come to training dressed in weather appropriate clothing and wear closed toed shoes. We will be outside and we will be working with horses!
