Rural Stearns Faith in Action is looking for a friendly visitor for a female client in Kimball. The request is preferably once a week, before 5 pm. You will schedule your own times with the client and her husband.
Rural Stearns Faith in Action is a program that provides services to seniors to help them remain in their homes, happy and healthy. Friendly visitors provide an invaluable service, by socializing with people who might not otherwise get much socialization.
All volunteers must complete a background check and orientation before beginning. Many, many other opportunites available throughout Rural Stearns County.

Description
Our program volunteers serve seniors and people with difficult life situations living in the rural communities of Stearns County with the ultimate goal of keeping people in their homes as long as possible. We do this through offering transportation, homemaking, chore services, home modification/repair, friendly visiting, respite care, and the list goes on.
