ORGANIZATION: Youth For Christ serving Tulsa

Youth For Christ serving Tulsa launched in 2013 to help address our growing issue of juvenile crime. 85% of our youth are fatherless and lack the basic assets needed to be successful in life. We work with youth ages 12-18 who are in group homes, detention centers, and foster care.

We need mentors that are willing to walk with youth one-on-one for a minimum of a year. We will train and equip you well and walk with you side-by-side. We have over 110 chapters nationwide and are now ready to launch a Tulsa City-wide mentoring program.

Our goal is to be a lasting pillar in the lives of youth that have been through unspeakable trauma in most cases.

We will be using creative arts as a platform to mentor in downtown tulsa. Project SafeHouse will be a place where a lot of our mentoring happens. We will also have a summer camp and various outings we will do as a group.

Will you join us?
