ORGANIZATION: South Park Senior Citizens

Are you interested in serving your low-income seniors in the community with your excellent organizational and administrative skills? We need you!

Our office is the hub of the action for our organization, and we are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic volunteer to assist us. Learn about the behind-the-scenes work of our small non-profit, and work with our staff to make our office run smoothly. The hours are flexible, and we will accommodate your schedule! We would like to have at least a 2 hour per week commitment.

At the South Park Senior Center, we serve a healthy dinner on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays and a Lunch on Tuesdays to seniors in the area. We service a diverse population of seniors, many of whom (85%) are low-income. Our center provides a community for friendship, nutritious meals, Line Dancing, Enhanced Fitness, Ceramics, Card games, Karaoke and Social Work Services. Your time and efforts will directly contribute to serving our elders!
