ORGANIZATION: Knowledge Is Key, Inc.

Job Description

This person will attend and support a group of events in the New York City area. Job duties include seeking various forms of sponsorship, organizing events, scheduling, and some administrative work. You must have a four-year degree and a minimum of 3 years of event coordinating experience. We need a person who is focused, friendly, and proactive. A professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a sense of humor always work well for this type of position. Any event planning experience in non-profit or academia is highly preferred.

  • Approximately 5 hours per week

  • Attend approximately 4 meetings per year, with additional meetings as needed
  • Additional hours outside of meetings may be needed to fulfill member responsibilities
