Circles Utah Valley

Circles will train you to become an ally to individuals and families who are working to become self-reliant. Allies meet with Circles participants on the first and third week of each month.

Normal Time Frame/Location:

* Provo: Tuesdays 5:45 - 8:00 pm
* American Fork: Wednesdays 5:45 - 8:00 pm

COVID Time Frame/ Location:

* Provo: Remote on Zoom Tuesdays 7:30 pm - 8:30 pm
*American Fork: Remote and In-person Wednesdays 6:30 pm -8:00 pm

Requirements:

* Minimum 12-month commitment

* $30 background check

Dinner and childcare are provided to all volunteers and their families each week. To become an Ally contact:

Description

Community Action Services and Food Bank provides a variety of services designed to help low-and moderate income families through financial crisis and to assist them in attaining self-sufficiency where possible. These programs include food assistance, temporary housing for homeless families with children, homeless prevention, financial crisis assistance, home buyer education, mortgage counseling and more.
