We have a a fellow outdoorsman in Nevada, IA looking for a volunteer to spend time with. He enjoys hunting, fishing and being outdoors. He is in his 60's and enjoys having one on one time to talk and share similar interests.
Mosaic supports adults with intellectual disabilities in group homes, apartments & host homes around Polk County. Mosaic provides opportunities for those we serve to live full lives, and one of the ways you can help is to become a companion volunteer. No matter what your hobbies are, we can find an individual we serve who either shares your interests, or would love to learn while making a new friend! We want our companion volunteer opportunities to be a meaningful friendship for both the volunteer and the person in service.
