Stein Hospice is dedicated to bringing professional comfort care to terminally ill patients and their families. Even after the death of a patient, our team of social workers, chaplains and volunteers support the family and caregivers during their bereavement. We are looking for a trained social worker or psychologist, social work or psychology student who is interested in volunteering to make follow up bereavement calls to grieving family members. Your concern, support and objective listening skills can help people find their way through their loss. We could also use a computer savvy person to help maintain our database of bereaved loved ones and update on a regular basis.
