Meals on Wheels drivers needed in Canton, Walpole, Foxboro, Millis & Plainview
NORFOLK COUNTY RSVP
HESSCO Elder Services is seeking Meals on Wheels drivers to help deliver hot, nutritious meals to homebound elders Monday - Friday mornings. Approximate time commitment is 1.5 - 2 hours, one morning per week.
We are particularly need drivers in the following towns:
A valid MA driver's license and reliable vehicle are required. Meals on Wheels route mileage reimbursement is available from HESSCO Elder Services.
PLEASE NOTE: This volunteer opportunity is available only to adults age 55 and older
Kitchen Support and Dining Room volunteers (Not currently available: check back at a later date). Role is to help package home-delivered meals on weekday mornings for about 2 hours. At some Meals on Wheels locations such as senior centers, assistance is also needed to set up the dining room and clean up after meals.
