Support Group: As a cancer survivor, you can know the value of having someone to talk to that truly understands what you are going through. Offering one-on-one peer support to newly diagnosed cancer patients when they are most in need is a great way to volunteer. Volunteers must be one-year out of treatment and have had a positive experience.

Description
The Center provides free services and items to individuals affected by cancer and their families. Services include: transportation to and from appointments, assistance finding treatment, salon services, support groups, education. Items include: wigs, bras,prosthetics, scarves, hats, robes, nightgowns, slippers, sheets, blankets,pillows, books, magazines, personal hygiene products, makeup and nutritional items.
