East West Academy of Healing Arts (EWAHA) hopes you will join us in the exciting things going on this year! The president, Dr. Effie Chow, RN, L.Ac, Grandmaster established EWAHA, a non-profit with an on-site clinic, in 1973. Our mission is to promote the integration of Qigong and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) with Western medicine; using clinical work trials from working with world-class Qigong masters and doctors, research by top scientists, and more to demonstrate how this is possible. A NEW DEVELOPMENT: Two weekly Television Shows with host Dr. Effie Chow with AWARE TV NETWORK launching in mid-December 2019! A major event, the 20th Annual World Qigong Congress on Qigong/TaiChi/TCM, we sponsor is in Sept. or October 2020 It will be held in San Francisco and we could use your help! This will be a great opportunity for you to develop skills with managing, web design, oral communication, writing, publicity, Television Show Production, organizing special events, and more. In addition, we hope you will be able to bring your talents to get things running now and throughout the year. Helping us can lead to a paid position! We are flexible with your hours and also have exciting special events for you to participate in! You may get to see a master at work as well as learn Qigong.
