Early Stage Support Group Facilitator (2 needed) - 4th Tuesday of each month at 10:30 - 11:30 am (co-facilitate an educational support group for individuals who have dementia - training and materials provided). Other locations maybe available. Special person(s) needed for this group. It is a group for those who are still living at home, very independent and in the very earliest stages of the disease process - some still work or are retired but still living alone, with a spouse, driving, volunteering, traveling etc. Some have just been diagnosed with dementia or have had it for a little while. Facilitator will need to have knowledge of working with people with dementia. (Burlington / SE IA area and Ottumwa / SC Iowa area) #CHC
