Fun painting!

We need social media help to put on our largest fundraiser of the year! We will guide you to write posts for our facebook, instagram, twitter and pinterest accounts. 100% of the funds raised from our upcoming 5k go towards growing our programs to empower more impoverished children to go after their dreams. We need your help!

We are in the eclectic complex of the Goat Farm Arts Center in West Midtown, Atlanta!

Mission Statement

Drawchange is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to empowering children from lower socioeconomic situations through the use of art therapy-based programming. Our programs teach coping skills that foster Collaboration, Creation, Dream-building, Empowerment, Imagination, Self-Esteem, and Stress-Relief.

Description

Our vision is to provide the tools neccesary so each child has the ability to fully express themselves.

Art is a vehicle to reach out to students. Engaging them with art enriches their study with all other curriculum subjects. Our strategy is aimed to spark the energy of world peace by igniting the passion of learning in the world’s children.

In using the research based principles of integrating the arts in the general curriculum, we hope to increase self-esteem and thinking skills in children to help them become better world citizens. Wherever there is a need, drawchange wants to be there providing art supplies.
