Experience Requirements: Previous administrative or data entry experience preferred.
Responsibilities: Provide general support for staff, which may include assisting with a variety of tasks. Administrative support such as data entry and filing projects, copying, scanning, post office runs, assisting with event registrations, assisting with Farm Sanctuary member correspondence, and general office upkeep. Responsibilities will be determined based on current organizational and office needs.
Qualifications: Good communication skills, ability to work independently, internet research and computer skills, excel proficiency beneficial, flexibility and willingness to work on a variety of tasks. Commitment to Farm Sanctuary’s goals and programs required, with active interest in animal protection issues beneficial to some work assignments.
Specifications: We request a volunteer commitment of at least four hours per week for a minimum of two months; additional hours and longer term commitments are preferred. Schedules can be discussed during the interview process and applicants will be matched to projects based on their skills and experience.
