Age Requirement Exceptions: Volunteers ages 12-17 will be considered but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Responsibilities: Assist with barn cleaning and other grounds maintenance projects that are determined daily according to our greatest and most timely needs. Farm chores and projects may include, but are not limited to, barn cleaning, gardening, fence repair, painting, and raking. Once orientation has been attended, farm assistant volunteers may volunteer on days that suit their schedule as long as a Farm Sanctuary staff member has been notified in advance.
