Opportunity to photograph art
ORGANIZATION: The Art Connection-RI
Please visit the new page to apply.
Art Connection-RI places original artwork at community service nonprofits.
After the nonprofits apply to us for art, their staff and clients select the art for their reception and service areas from a slide presentation.
We need someone to photograph the art that has been offered for donation. The images will be added to a slide presentation. They should be clear, but are not required to be high resolution.

Mission Statement
Our mission is to connect artists and donors to social benefit organizations through the placement of original artwork to enrich the lives of the staff and people they serve.
Description
TAC-RI connects artists and donors to social benefit organizations who might not otherwise be able to acquire original art due to financial restrictions. Though we are in the service of placing artwork into the lives of low-income constituents and staff of clinics, shelters and other community service agencies it is the process by which we operate that modestly reveals our latent mission. Before we curate the donated art into an exuberant presentation we call for a varied sample of staff, volunteers, and patrons - a full representation of the community which the receiving organizations serve - to take part in the decision making process. By way of finding a home for donated artwork, TAC-RI provides a platform for empowered and collective decision making.
