Help make a lasting contribution to Linn County area residents by volunteering to ring bells and raise funds. Greet holiday shoppers and help spread Christmas cheer while accepting donations in our famous Red Kettles. The money raised stays in our community, supporting youth activities, food pantry, Emergency Disaster Services, families in need, sending kids to camp, and so much more.
When you arrive at the kettle site, there will be a kettle, bell, and apron. Put on the apron, grab the bell, and have a great time. Wish everyone a Merry Christmas! Sing songs, if you care to. Dress warmly, it gets cold out there! At the end of your shift you simply remove the apron place the bell in the pocket and clip it to the stand or fold and place on the kettle. The kettles are locked in position so you do not need to wait for a relief person or for a kettle driver. Simply leave when your shift ends.
