Loveworks Leadership is an organization with a mission to see middle school students develop as leaders as they realize their potential and live into their dreams!

Our Afterschool Leadership Program reaches over 150 students every semester providing engaging leadership and character development training, passion development through experiential learning, and life-giving mentoring.

One key to mentoring within our program is our family dinner time, an opportunity for students and mentors to connect around a dinner table from 5:45-6:00pm every Monday-Thursday. These meals are sometimes the best food that our students will eat all week.

We are in need of volunteer chefs to serve either regularly or as-needed in the Loveworks Culinary Studio to prepare gourmet dinner meals for our students and leaders. Our food is supplied by the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma and at each meal, we will serve up to 100 students and mentors.

Loveworks Leadership is a youth leadership organization committed to helping middle school students discover their potential and live into their dreams. Loveworks primarily reaches 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students with programs that focus on leadership and character development, experiential learning, and community impact. Through mentorship and hands-on activities, the programs are designed to help students make positive life choices, discover career paths, and set them on a trajectory for personal success.
