Provide a great first impression and shopping experience for ReStore customers! Many people who walk through our door don't know we are a fundraiser for Habitat or that we have awesome sales every month. By greeting customers as they enter, offering to help locate a partifular item, and telling them about our bargains sets them up for a positive experience before they even start shopping.
A Front Desk Associate can also be a customer's bridge to finding the right Sales Floor Associate or staff member to answer their questions or to help navigate the store. Other duties may include answering the phone, assisting donors, processing small donations and operating the cash register.

Mission Statement
Habitat ReStore's mission is to be a fundraiser for our local Habitat for Humanity. All proceeds help finance Habitat for Humanity home building and repair projects. Above all, Habitat ReStore seeks to spread the mission of Habitat for Humanity and share in the belief that everyone should have a decent place to live.
Description
Habitat ReStore accepts donations of overstocked, secondhand, gently used, discontinued, and salvageable building materials from manufacturers, stores, contractors, and individuals. Not only does this help divert reusable material from the landfill, but it provides customers with affordable home-improvement materials and furniture. Some donations are used directly in builds to help Habitat for Humanity build simple, decent, affordable housing for low-income families. All proceeds help finance Habitat for Humanity building and repair projects.
