Jane Addams Place is in need of 1-3 volunteers to serve breakfast and lunch to residents on Sundays from 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM, and to assist with meal and kitchen clean up.
Volunteers must be ServSafe certified and able to provide documentation of certification, or willing to obtain certification. Lutheran Settlement House can assist in obtaining ServSafe certification for any volunteer willing to make a year-long commitment to the position. Some professional cooking experience is preferred, but not required. Volunteers will be asked to complete some paperwork in order to track number of meals served. Volunteers must be over the age of 18 and able to pass background clearances.
