Do you enjoy interacting with older adults in our community? Arlington Neighborhood Village provides volunteer support to help people 55 and older age in place. Residents of all ages can volunteer for tasks suited to their own preferences, schedules, and skills-from providing transportation, to assisting with light home repairs, to checking in with a daily phone call. Help with newsletter/website communications, fundraising, and event planning is also needed.
Qualifications vary for each position. Volunteers working one-on-one with members must consent to a background check. Insurance is provided.

Arlington Neighborhood Village's volunteers provide transportation, support services, and social/educational opportunities. Residents of Arlington, VA who are 55 and older are eligible to become members. Adult volunteers of all ages are welcome.
