Join our experienced corps of volunteer tutors who teach vital computer skills to adults. Tutors work in pairs with up to 10 students per class for four-week sessions on Intro to Computers, Word-Levels 1 and 2, and Excel-Levels 1 and 2. We currently hold only evening classes, but would welcome tutors with daytime availability!
We are seeking enthusiastic lead and assistant teachers to instruct the classes. Sessions are held Monday-Thursday from 6 PM - 7:45 PM. The volunteer time commitment is roughly 5:30-7:45 PM.
The volunteer should have good communication skills, patience, and be flexible. We provide lesson plans but volunteers are encouraged to bring new ideas to the table.
