Wayne CAP's Tax Couseling for the Elderly program, ran by RSVP, is a free tax preparation service that is run from February 1- April 1 in Wayne county NY. Around 600 people are assisted each year from three sites. A Greeters role is to meet the people who come in for free Tax Preparation and help get the paperwork in order for the Preparers to file the returns.
